The 2013 March for Respect is a 50 mile march across Los Angeles County, from Sylmar to Downey. It starts on Sunday, December 8th and continues through Wednesday, December 11th, with events along the way (click here for march route and actions). The purpose of the march is to call attention to the need for 1) reducing over-suppression of young people and 2) increasing investment in youth development.
