L.A.U.R.A. Organization is reaching out to you because we need your support in making one of our youth Leaders dream come true.
Karina has been accepted and has an opportunity to participate in a two month internship in Barcelona, Spain this summer. She has worked and raised half of the money needed. Now it is up to us to support her in raising the balance.
Karina is from the community of South Central LA, and she is the perfect role model for our youth. She has faced and overcome all the odds and graduated from Cal State LA with a degree in graphic design. She designs all of L.A.U.R.A’s flyers free of charge. And regularly volunteers her time with our youth group.
She is short $4500.00 for her internship, and I know we can come together and not only make her dream come true but show our community kids that if you work hard and believe in yourself, your dreams will become realities. In boosting up Karina, we not only help one young woman, we boost up our community as a whole.
